Most teams pay for Plandeck per actively shared project, per day; that is almost always the cheapest option (sharing = adding someone, turning on a status request or activating a feed or chat integration; drafts are free). But if your work runs on lots of short jobs or ongoing streams of work that cannot be cut into clearly defined projects, such as a service department or work preparation with dozens of small assignments, then a flat rate per planner is a better fit.

Not sure which model fits? Do the math: three ongoing projects cost ± €198 per month in the project model, no matter how many planners work on them. With one planner and lots of changing jobs, you are better off here. You can switch later, at most once every twelve months, in consultation via support.
