Most teams pay per actively shared project, per day; that is almost always the cheapest option. If your work runs on lots of short jobs or ongoing streams of work, such as a service department, a flat rate per planner is a better fit.

No payment details needed; 30 days of all features, with no limit on the number of planners.
Not sure? Three ongoing projects cost ± €228 per month in the project model, however many planners work on them; with one planner and lots of changing jobs this rate may be the better fit. You can switch later via support, once every twelve months.
