The progress report writes itself
In a consortium your partners work at other organizations, the deliverables and milestones are fixed by contract, and the grant provider expects periodic accountability. Plandeck asks each partner for their own progress, without anyone needing an account, and turns the result into a progress report you finalise and that the funding body reads live as a free viewer, each version with the difference from the previous one. At the end, the evaluation report delivers the final accountability: the course against the agreement, with your partners' comments as substantiation.

Progress that comes in by itself
Plandeck periodically emails the people doing the work for an update: one click on a secure link, slide the progress into place, done. No account, no password, no app. Increases go straight into the schedule; decreases, big jumps and comments land in your review queue first.
What the funding body sees
The funding body and the partners read along as viewers, for free. Per reporting period you finalise a progress report: milestones, critical path, response rate and the difference from the previous version, with your explanation and as a PDF with its finalisation date and version number. What the review turns into an agreement, you assign as an action to the partner whose move it is; the Open actions block in the report shows what sits with whom.
You pay per shared project, not per person
Adding planners, viewers and reporters costs nothing. You pay per day a project is active; a project becomes active as soon as you share it, and every next active project falls into a lower tier.
- Projects 1 to 5: €2.50 per day, ± €76 per month
- Project 6 and up: €1.75 per day, ± €53 per month
