Partner program

Earn from every customer you bring in

20% of revenue, for twelve months. No targets, no obligations.

The math

Example: a customer shares 3 projects and pays ± €198 per month. Your commission window runs for 12 calendar months from the moment your customer issues their payment mandate; their free starting days fall within that window, so count on around 11 paid months. Your commission: 20% × €198 × 11 months = ± €435 per referred customer. And the story tells itself: with project-day pricing nobody pays per person; planners, viewers and reporters all join for free.

The terms, no fine print

Who it's for

Interim project and program managers

Every assignment is a new organization, and you rarely find a schedule there that adds up. Bring your own tools: try it for thirty days without payment details and without a procurement process, so you can start in your first week. If the organization keeps going after you leave, your commission keeps running.

Construction and civil engineering consultants

Critical path, working calendars and public holidays, and a PDF that always fits on one page: from A4 to A0 for the wall of the site meeting. Your client keeps planning in the same environment after your advice is delivered, and you receive commission for as long as they stay.

PM consultants and advisory firms

Leave behind a schedule your client keeps up to date themselves. The weekly status request does the follow-up work that would otherwise come back to you, usually unpaid. Work for ten clients and you build a recurring income stream next to your hourly rate.

Customers who refer others

You use Plandeck yourself and come across organizations struggling with the same spreadsheet. Refer them and receive commission for as long as they remain a customer, or offset it against your own invoice.

Frequently asked questions

How is a customer linked to me?

Through your code in the signup form. Your personal link fills in that code automatically; if your customer clicks through via your link, they don't have to remember anything. If they sign up directly later, they can still enter your code themselves during signup; no cookies are involved. If your code is filled in at signup, that organization counts toward you and its revenue automatically shows up in your statement.

When do I get paid?

You receive a payout every quarter. One threshold applies: a referred customer counts once they have completed at least two paid months. This way we avoid clawing back payments for early cancellations. If your customer pays per year instead of per month, which is possible with per-planner billing and with an Organization agreement, we pay out your commission in twelve monthly installments; these simply run along in the quarterly statements.

Do I have to send invoices myself?

No, we take that off your hands through self-billing: every quarter you receive a statement that also serves as the invoice, so you don't have to draw up anything yourself. If you disagree with something, you can object within 14 days.

Are there ground rules?

Don't advertise on our own name. Beyond that, you're free in how you recommend us. The full partner terms are available on request.

Does my own organization count?

No. The program is meant for customers you genuinely bring in; your own organization, or an organization you're affiliated with, is therefore excluded.
